Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term company goals
- Lead research initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Build and manage a high-performing team of innovation specialists
- Identify emerging market trends and translate them into actionable strategies
- Secure strategic partnerships with leading research institutions
- Present innovation strategies to the board of directors and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in innovation management or product development
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and market trends
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Silicon Valley tech ecosystem preferred
