Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in corporate innovation or tech strategy roles
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, IoT, blockchain)
- Proven track record of implementing successful innovation frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., CEIM) preferred
