Responsibilities
- Architect strategic innovation roadmap targeting 2026+ technological inflection points
- Lead market research and competitive analysis for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biocomputing)
- Develop proof-of-concept prototypes for next-gen solutions
- Coordinate cross-functional execution of innovation sprints
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Manage innovation budget allocation and ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Innovation
- Experience with horizon scanning and futures methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Portfolio of past innovation initiatives with measurable impact
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, INSEAD)
