Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-forward technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 3+ year implementation horizons
- Conduct scenario planning for regulatory, ethical, and societal impacts of emerging technologies
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and government bodies for 2026 ecosystem building
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and board members quarterly
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget with ROI tracking for 2026 initiatives
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record in scaling tech initiatives with 5+ year vision horizons
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks for emerging technologies
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and PMP preferred
