Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to launch for the 2026 product suite.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and inform product iterations.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate complex requirements into elegant, functional designs.
- Develop and maintain a robust design system that scales across multiple platforms.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups using industry-standard tools.
- Present design proposals to stakeholders and defend design decisions based on user data and business goals.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or Interaction Design.
- Proven experience designing complex, data-driven products with a focus on scalability.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a track record of user-centric design solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
