Responsibilities

- Lead 15+ engineers and designers through agile methodologies to deliver cutting-edge AI systems
- Drive technical architecture decisions for high-availability cloud-native platforms
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure stakeholder buy-in and resource allocation
- Champion DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews and mentor senior team members
- Present project milestones and ROI metrics to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years managing complex infrastructure projects
- Expertise in distributed systems, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture
- Proven track record scaling teams from 10 to 50+ members
- Advanced knowledge of machine learning deployment and MLOps
- Certified AWS/GCP architect with hands-on Terraform experience
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
