Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-neural architectures for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI models with quantum acceleration
- Develop patentable algorithms for quantum error correction and coherence optimization
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech on DARPA-funded quantum-AI initiatives
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Computing Summit 2026
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum machine learning methodologies
- Drive commercialization of quantum-AI solutions for healthcare and logistics sectors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum circuit optimization
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and CUDA acceleration
- Experience leading $5M+ R&D projects with Fortune 100 partners
- Security clearance for classified quantum defense projects
