Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead research and development initiatives for Agentic AI systems, focusing on autonomous decision-making and multi-agent collaboration frameworks.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for the engineering team, ensuring alignment with 2026 strategic goals.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into innovative technical solutions.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy, ensuring real-time responsiveness for critical applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain the highest standards of engineering excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and large-scale system design.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern LLM integration (RAG, fine-tuning).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models in high-traffic environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with ethical AI principles, bias mitigation, and responsible data governance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
