We are seeking a visionary Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our elite team in San Francisco. As a key member of our R&D division, you will lead the charge in developing state-of-the-art models, mentoring junior talent, and driving the strategic direction of our AI initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design & Deploy: Architect and implement scalable machine learning models and deep learning pipelines for production environments.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating new methodologies to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, conducting code reviews and technical workshops.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor model performance, reducing latency and optimizing resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL; deep understanding of PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Tools: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and MLOps tools.
