Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid architectures for 2026-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Develop patent-pending algorithms leveraging quantum entanglement and deep reinforcement learning
- Secure $5M+ in government/private research grants for 2026 initiatives
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor PhD researchers and establish industry-wide quantum-AI standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Computational Physics
- 5+ years leading R&D teams in quantum or AI domains
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, Q# programming, and TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Proven track record of securing $2M+ research funding
- Experience with D-Wave, IBM Quantum, or similar quantum hardware
- Deep understanding of 2026-era tech roadmaps and ethical AI frameworks
