Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmap spanning AI ethics, quantum integration, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary pods of futurists, engineers, and domain specialists in moonshot projects
- Secure $10M+ in strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough innovations with 50+ filings annually
- Present quarterly 'Horizon Reports' to C-suite and board members with 5-year impact projections
- Mentor next-gen talent through our Future Leaders program
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across Fortune 500 client ecosystem
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years in R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies (3+ successful exits or IPOs)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with documented 5-year technology forecasting accuracy
- Experience securing federal SBIR grants and DARPA partnerships
- Published author in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, or IEEE Spectrum)
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
