Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to map technology trends and disruptions impacting 2026
- Develop and maintain 5-year innovation roadmaps for emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for potential future technological landscapes
- Drive R&D investments in breakthrough technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster innovation and future-proof organizational capabilities
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing long-term tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical and systems thinking capabilities with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- PhD or Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Strategic Foresight
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
