- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives with $50M+ annual R&D budget
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to future-proof their digital infrastructures
- Author white papers and patents for next-gen computing paradigms
- Mentor a team of 15+ PhD researchers and engineers
- Represent Nexus at Davos, CES, and global tech summits
- Secure $100M+ in strategic partnerships and government grants
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in emerging tech R&D with 5+ years at director level
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier conference proceedings
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or AGI safety
- Track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Proficiency in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
