As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities, conduct horizon scanning, and develop actionable frameworks for emerging technologies including quantum computing, advanced AI, and decentralized systems. You'll influence C-suite decisions while maintaining a hands-on approach to prototyping and validation.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting to identify disruptive trends through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across business units
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment for future tech implementations
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present future tech insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Author thought leadership content on technological evolution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (quantum, AI, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of technology convergence and systemic innovation
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation preferred
- Published author or speaker on future technology trends
