Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning business goals with emerging technological trends.
- Lead the identification and evaluation of disruptive technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Readiness) to ensure competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to integrate long-term vision into short-term operational plans.
- Oversee pilot programs for futuristic solutions, managing risk and ensuring successful scalability.
- Act as a thought leader, publishing insights on the trajectory of industry evolution leading up to 2026.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of future-readiness initiatives.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or senior executive leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully leading organizational transformations and long-term strategic initiatives.
- Deep understanding of future trends, specifically in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, and Digital Transformation.
