As a key member of our engineering guild, you will be responsible for architecting high-performance web applications that push the boundaries of modern web standards. You will work closely with product leaders to transform complex data into seamless user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Architect & Lead: Design and implement scalable microservices and front-end architectures aligned with 2026 web standards.
- Future-Proofing: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (WebAssembly, AI APIs) to ensure our platform remains cutting-edge.
- Code Quality: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish rigorous engineering best practices.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to ensure sub-second load times and high SEO rankings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work directly with UX/UI designers and backend teams to deliver cohesive product features.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack development.
- Core Tech: Deep proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Backend: Experience with modern Python or Go and RESTful/GraphQL API design.
- DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on algorithmic efficiency and system scalability.
