Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning algorithms for 2026-era applications
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical architectures for enterprise-scale problems
- Mentor a multidisciplinary team of quantum researchers and AI specialists
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at industry conferences
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit performance
- Develop proprietary quantum AI frameworks and intellectual property
- Secure research partnerships with leading academic institutions and quantum hardware providers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithms and quantum error correction techniques
- Strong background in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and high-performance computing
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum machine learning (arXiv, Nature, etc.)
- Experience leading technical teams and managing research projects
- Familiarity with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, IonQ) and cloud quantum services
- Expertise in Python/C++ and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Q#)
