Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for next-generation systems, ensuring scalability and longevity up to the year 2026 and beyond.
- Hybrid Cloud Architecture: Design and implement robust, fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure using AWS and Azure, focusing on AI integration.
- Quantum Readiness: Assess and implement strategies to future-proof our codebase against emerging quantum computing paradigms.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Performance Optimization: Drive system performance improvements, reducing latency by 40% in Q4 2026 targets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
- AI Integration: Proven track record of integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI into production environments.
- Quantum Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts, post-quantum cryptography, or Q# is a significant plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
