Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous AI systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across ML pipelines
- Develop corporate AI ethics policies compliant with evolving regulations
- Lead cross-functional ethics reviews for high-stakes AI deployments
- Create explainability protocols for complex neural network decisions
- Represent the company in international AI ethics forums
- Mentor junior researchers on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI governance, compliance, or ethics
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and OECD principles
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (AIF360, Fairlearn, IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, Stanford) preferred
- Experience with regulatory bodies (FTC, EASA, etc.)
