Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with evolving global regulations
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits across ML pipelines and production systems
- Design transparency protocols for high-stakes autonomous decision engines
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI deployment
- Author governance policies for generative AI and deepfake detection
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in biometric and neurotech integration
- Collaborate with legal teams on regulatory compliance for frontier AI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years in AI governance, algorithmic auditing, or tech ethics
- Expertise in bias detection tools (IBM Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and ethical AI frameworks
- Experience with generative AI governance (LLM fine-tuning, RLHF)
- Strong background in philosophy of technology or moral philosophy
- Published work on AI ethics or policy in peer-reviewed journals
