Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Year 2026 Strategic Roadmap, identifying critical AI milestones and infrastructure upgrades needed by 2026.
- Lead cross-functional teams in assessing current tech stacks and defining migration strategies for future-proofing.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis on emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Readiness) to forecast future needs.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical vision with business goals for the next decade.
- Establish frameworks for ethical AI implementation and data governance in a rapidly evolving landscape.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term technological shifts.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, Strategic Planning, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing Future-Proofing strategies or leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence trends, machine learning pipelines, and emerging tech ecosystems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating a long-term vision to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) in high-growth environments.
