Responsibilities

- Advocate for ethical AI adoption in Fortune 500 partnerships
- Lead cross-functional working groups on bias mitigation algorithms
- Represent the company at global AI policy summits (EU/US/Asia)
- Conduct risk assessments for generative AI deployments
- Author whitepapers on responsible AI scaling strategies
- Mentor junior researchers on ethical AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI governance, policy development, or ethics compliance
- Expertise in global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Published research on algorithmic bias or AI safety
- Experience testifying before regulatory bodies (FTC, Congress)
- Proficiency in ML model auditing tools (IBM Fairness 360, Google What-If)
- Fluency in cross-cultural AI ethics standards
