Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Roadmaps: Design and oversee the implementation of system architectures that align with our long-term vision for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Quantum-Ready Infrastructure: Build hybrid systems that integrate classical AI models with emerging quantum computing frameworks to solve complex computational problems.
- Strategic AI Integration: Lead the integration of generative AI tools into core workflows, ensuring high performance and ethical AI governance.
- System Scalability: Ensure our cloud-native solutions can scale seamlessly to meet the demands of a rapidly growing user base.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate technical requirements into robust business solutions.
- R&D Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by researching and testing new technologies, specifically focusing on the convergence of AI and Quantum computing.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a related technical field. PhD preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI systems or advanced computing.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Rust, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is a strong plus.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and define technical strategies for a 2026 timeline.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Professional certifications in cloud architecture or AI ethics are highly valued.
