Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or ethics compliance
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning models
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience with adversarial testing and explainable AI methods
- Published work in AI ethics or technology policy journals preferred
- Ability to translate complex ethical concepts into engineering requirements
