Responsibilities

- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Lead cross-functional ethics task forces with engineering, legal, and product teams
- Author policy whitepapers and position papers on AI accountability and transparency
- Partner with regulators to shape industry standards for responsible AI deployment
- Mentor junior researchers in ethical AI methodologies and case studies
- Represent company at global AI ethics summits and academic conferences
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, responsible AI, or tech ethics
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML models and datasets
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical requirements
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics journals
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., IBM, Google)
