Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI-driven innovation targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI applications (neuro-symbolic AI, quantum ML)
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI deployment
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (synthetic biology, quantum computing) into product ecosystems
- Present future-tech insights to C-suite and board stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic innovation leadership

- Proven track record of launching AI products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
