Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, autonomous AI agent workflows for enterprise deployment.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating multimodal AI models into core product ecosystems.
- Optimize inference pipelines and reduce latency for real-time AI interactions.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, ethics, and compliance in emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate futuristic concepts into executable technical roadmaps.
- Mentor a high-performing engineering team of ML specialists and data scientists.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Vector Databases.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with experience in Rust or Go preferred.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex technical implementations.
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is a major plus.
