- Develop and execute the 2026 AI innovation strategy roadmap
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems
- Identify emerging tech disruptions and market opportunities

- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and investors
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks across the organization
- Lead 3-year horizon scanning and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic innovation roles
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or AGI
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Strong background in ethical AI governance frameworks
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futurism
- Presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
