Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and climate-positive tech
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 deployment
- Establish strategic partnerships with NASA, CERN, and top-tier academic institutions
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with market-disruption potential
- Design scalable infrastructure for quantum-integrated cloud platforms
- Present technology visions to Fortune 500 boards and UN technology summits
- Mentor next-generation engineers through our FutureTech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years strategy experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies or AI ethics
- Proven track record leading $50M+ R&D initiatives in quantum or AI domains
- Deep understanding of blockchain 4.0, synthetic biology convergence, and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Security clearance or background working with national technology initiatives
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Future Studies (WFS) or Technology Foresight (APF)
