Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and sort packages using handheld scanning technology
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety regulations and quality control standards

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
