Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to move products within the facility safely and efficiently.
- Scan items using handheld scanners to ensure inventory accuracy and proper barcode handling.
- Pack, seal, and label customer orders for shipment according to strict quality standards.
- Sort, stock, and organize inventory on shelves and pallets to maintain a clean workspace.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly during shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Basic computer and math skills for scanning and inventory tracking.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
