Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming inventory into our warehouse management system.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all packages meet quality standards.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily shipping targets.
- Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a focus on safety compliance.
