Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move stock.
- Inventory Control: Accurately receive, check, and store incoming shipments to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Picking and Packing: Execute order picking and packing duties with a focus on speed and order accuracy.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper labeling and packaging standards.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Overtime Support: Assist with peak volume periods and available overtime shifts to support team goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Communication: Ability to read and understand basic work instructions and safety signage.
- Reliability: Must possess a strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
