Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders using handheld scanners and conveyor systems.
- Ensure all items are accurately labeled and inspected for quality before shipment.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and electric pallet jacks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Perform basic inventory checks and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 49 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning devices.
- Willingness to work in various environments, including temperature-controlled areas (freezers/coolers).
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
