Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized digital and physical records.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to maintain optimal workflow and meet daily targets.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one through our paid training program).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
