Our Charlotte warehouse operates Monday-Friday with flexible shift options (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6pm) to accommodate diverse lifestyles. All training provided on-site with no experience necessary. We value reliability and work ethic over past employment history.
Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and organize inventory using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse environment
- Operate warehouse equipment following safety protocols
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cross-functional logistics operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Reliable transportation to facility
