Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and prepare packages for shipment in a timely manner.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse technology to ensure accuracy.
- Move inventory using powered industrial equipment (towers, forklifts) when certified.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance goals and quotas.
- Perform package checks to ensure damage-free delivery.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Ability to work in various temperature-controlled environments.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse equipment.
- Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
- Willingness to cross-train in different areas of the fulfillment center.
