Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer storage areas
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts for inventory movement
- Inspect and record product conditions using digital monitoring systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Coordinate loading/unloading of temperature-sensitive shipments
- Perform cycle counts and inventory documentation
- Sanitize storage areas and equipment following food safety standards
Qualifications
- Previous cold storage or warehouse experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid forklift certification (training provided if needed)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to our Omaha facility
