Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels to prevent discrepancies.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure and productive work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily productivity targets.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently move packages and materials using conveyor belts, forklifts, or manual labor.
- Quality Control: Inspect merchandise for damage and ensure proper labeling before shipping.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling merchandise and shipping labels.
