What You'll Do:
- Operate high-speed equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and scanners to process orders efficiently.
- Load, pack, and prepare packages for shipment with a focus on safety and accuracy.
- Sort, stock, and organize inventory in designated warehouse zones.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and KPIs.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting up to 49 pounds.
What You Need:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld devices.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull materials consistently.
