Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) following strict safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to prevent accidents and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and service level agreements.
- Sort, stow, and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Adhere to all company policies, including safety guidelines and attendance requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading docks/warehouses).
- Willingness to participate in paid training programs.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to read labels and instructions.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
