Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select and pack merchandise according to customer orders and company standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or damage before packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Labeling & Documentation: Apply shipping labels, barcodes, and documentation correctly to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and stock organization within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, dollies).
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep packing stations organized and the warehouse floor free of hazards and debris.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance record is required.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand work orders and communicate with team leads.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime and adapt to changing production schedules.
