Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers, pallets, and containers safely and efficiently using provided equipment.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if no prior experience).
- Inspect freight for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Organize stock and inventory according to established safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and shipping labels.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.
