Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners and conveyer systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment (PPE) such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory control activities, including cycle counts and stock organization.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect packages to ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily productivity goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 49 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently; basic computer literacy.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
