Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and speed to meet daily targets.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to 5S standards.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy and inventory integrity.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to minimize workplace accidents.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments regarding order discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners and warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Valid driver’s license may be required for warehouse transport.
