Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and process incoming shipments with precision
- Scan, pick, and pack customer orders for timely delivery
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows
- Support facility cleanliness and organization initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and error-free work ethic
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
