Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train and manage team of 15+ warehouse staff
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory control using WMS software
- Conduct performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless supply chain integration
- Generate operational reports for executive review
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain preferred
- Spanish bilingual a plus
