Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and manual lifting techniques
- Verify product accuracy against shipping manifests and documentation
- Maintain organized staging areas for incoming/outgoing inventory
- Operate warehouse equipment (training provided) including forklifts and conveyor systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Perform inventory counts and quality control checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
