Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and scan customer orders using handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
- Assist in receiving, unloading, and stocking inventory
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Valid state-issued ID or work authorization
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
