Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse associates, ensuring efficient workflow and safety compliance
- Optimize inventory management systems to minimize errors and maximize throughput
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping operations using WMS software
- Conduct daily team briefings and performance evaluations
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in operational processes
- Manage cross-functional logistics partnerships with carriers and vendors
- Enforce OSHA regulations and maintain a zero-accident culture
- Generate performance reports for senior leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business preferred
- Advanced knowledge of inventory control methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
